Dear TH Community,
We would like to refresh everyone on school and community resources for mental health outreach. We encourage families to have open discussions about mental health, coping skills, strengths, and support.
If you are in need of immediate mental health assessment, the following are resources available to our community:
Mobile Crisis Assessment Team, 8am-10pm 7 days a week (518) 943-5555
Suicide Prevention Lifeline, 24/7 1-800-273-8255
If you are in need of support, feel free to reach out. The following school staff are accessible to students and families, and can assist in connecting families with other community support agencies such as Mental Health Association and Columbia County Mental Health Center.
