This year, the Food Services Department is excited to introduce "Global Cuisine Day," a monthly event where students can explore flavors from around the world! On Wednesday, we kicked off the series with our first global meal: Chicken Tikka Masala served with Basmati Rice, Garlic Naan, Broccoli, Fresh Fruit, and Milk. Tasting stations were also set up before the serving line, offering samples of the sauce.
The response was overwhelmingly positive across both schools, with students already buzzing about what next month’s global dish will be!🕌⛩🛕
